Southbank Centre’s ‘Chorus Festival’ is back and it’s celebrating the power of singing alongside others and belting out a tune, this time around there are over 40 free performances from choirs across the whole weekend.
Highlights include immersive shows such as ‘Surrounded by Strangers’ (Jul 1&2) featuring stories and singers from Iceland and the UK, plus a late stage with sets from Festival Voices choir & DJ, Roundhouse Choir and London Contemporary Voices (Jul 1). There are also plenty of opportunities to join in and sing including joining a screaming men’s choir from Finland (Jul 1).
